The position, and the nature of the QCD confinement transition line in the (T, μB) QCD phase diagram remains an open topic of the standard model. It has been addressed in lattice QCD and Chiral Restoration models. On the other hand, there could be semi-experimental information: the limit of hadronic phase space (the hadronization line) is the topic of modern "Hagedorn"-models. The Statistical Hadronization Model(s) are applied to the multiplicity distributions over hadronic species, observed in elementary and nucleus-nucleus collisions at very high energies. Furthermore, the higher susceptibilities for conserved charges can be obtained both on the lattice, and experimentally. This also leads to estimates of the pseudo-critical temperature. The workshop is aiming at clarifications of the above concepts, methods and results, as well as at a final understanding of the hadronization process and its apparent accompanying equilibrium properties.
